OTT Medical has been creating and developing innovative technologies for the medical industry for nearly 23 years. Our goal is to offer high quality products that provide high performance in images and colors, helping our customers to provide detailed diagnoses and increasingly accurate treatments.

Our humble beginnings in 1995, when Ciro Ott (founder of OTT Medical and current general manager), started his career manufacturing electronic equipment for the internal communication area, was full of challenges and dreams. Two decades later, his personal passion for developing creative solutions has inspired us and become the DNA of OTT Medical.

Between 1998 and 2001, OTT Medical began to develop diagnostic imaging equipment for the dental field. Then came the equipment called ORALCAM, which at the time were the first to be manufactured in Brazil and which helped us by opening doors and visualizing opportunities for the development of new products.

Thanks to the professional relationship with the renowned Cancer Hospital in São Paulo, we had the opportunity to work with professionals who showed their need for equipment that generated accurate and color images for Otorhinolaryngologists and Head and Neck Surgeons. From then on, we developed and started to manufacture the Scott LC 950 Video-Laryngostroboscope. After numerous tests and continuous work with professionals in the area, this equipment was completely improved, changing its name to Scott LC960.

Launched to the public in 2004, during the Brazilian Congress of Otorhinolaryngology and Cervical Facial Surgery, the LC960 became a sales success. With impressive images and colors, thanks to the exclusive sNOF technology, which does not require the use of optical fiber, it made the equipment completely portable, lightweight and very affordable. Since its launch, the LC960 has been an absolute sales leader.

In 2007 a new challenge arose: to develop a flexible optic with the same qualities and advantages of the LC 960. After two years of study and technological development, Smartnaso is added to our product line. With built-in light source and microcamera, ergonomic and innovative design, Smartnaso represents a milestone in image diagnosis technology.

Today, after years of experience and knowledge developed together with the best laboratories in Brazil, OTT Medical produces and markets high technology products, widely tested and reliable. Our commitment to innovation has brought us great recognition in Brazil, which leads us to always look to the future and improve technologies that help professionals and benefit patients.
